Eating Junk Food Can Acne worsens

Acne is usually a skin condition common among adolescents and adults. Many factors develop the development of acne, including the habits of eating junk food.

Although not yet scientifically proven junk food may cause acne, however the high sugar-containing foods have been associated with the formation of acne.

Acne is usually formed in areas that contain large amounts of oil glands, such as the neck, chest, shoulders and face, in line with MayoClinic. The main reason for acne is hormonal changes. Also, acne may be formed due to excess production of sebum (oil) or perhaps a buildup of bacteria over the skin.

Junk food high in sugar could be a key contributor towards formation of acne, as reported by Livestrong, Friday (03/11/2011). Studies conducted by scientists at Dartmouth Medical School Manchester, New Hampshire, found that foods high in sugar levels can trigger overproduction of serum and insulin, which may disrupt hormones and lead to the formation of acne.

Healthy foods that contain plenty of vitamins and minerals are effective in helping and treating acne. Replace your junk food diet with lots of carrots contain vitamin A and helps reduce excess sebum production, red meat is rich in zinc and control the activity with the gland husband, grains that contain vitamin B and help reduce stress, which sometimes also cause acne.

Easy and simple way to prevent the formation of acne is diligent in cleaning the skin. Try using warm water when washing the face to open pores and help eliminate water there is bacteria.
